My book Flipped is of the Farce variety in the comedy world. In the book Bryce the small minded boy goes from hating July with a passion to passionately liking July. After admitting to his best friend Garret that he now loves the girl he hated Garret states Bryce has flipped. July no longer likes Bryce because; she thinks he is not greater than the sum of his parts, after an incident. The irony in this book is what makes it farce.
This book may not be Haha funny but it is ironic how he disliked her from the start and fell for her at the end. I found it funny the way things flipped around, then worked out in the end. Both July and Bryce got to see each other in a different light. I thought it was also funny how Bryce was knocking July's door no longer than a week after he said how can anyone like July Baker. The whole book is an ironic mess.
